Vivo has officially launched its highly anticipated Vivo X300 Pro and Vivo X300 smartphones across global markets, just two weeks after their grand reveal in China. These flagship devices are powered by the latest 3nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, offering exceptional performance for premium users. Both models feature an advanced triple rear camera setup and a powerful 50-megapixel front camera housed in a sleek punch-hole design. According to reports, the Vivo X300 series India launch is expected in early December 2025.

Vivo X300 Series Global Price and Availability

The Vivo X300 Pro is available in a single high-end configuration featuring 16GB RAM and 512GB internal storage, priced at EUR 1,399 (approximately ₹1,43,000). The standard Vivo X300 is offered in multiple storage and RAM combinations:

Both smartphones will go on sale in Europe starting November 3 via Vivo’s official online store. The Vivo X300 Pro will be available in Phantom Black and Dune Brown, while the Vivo X300 will come in Phantom Black and Halo Pink color variants.

Vivo X300 Pro: Premium Flagship Specifications and Features

The Vivo X300 Pro runs on OriginOS 6, based on Android 16, offering a fluid and intelligent software experience. It boasts a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a resolution of 1260 × 2800 pixels, a pixel density of 452 PPI, and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The screen supports HDR, P3 color gamut, and 1.07 billion colors, ensuring stunning visuals with a 94.85% screen-to-body ratio.

Under the hood, the X300 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 (3nm) chipset clocked at 4.21GHz, paired with a Mali G1-Ultra GPU, up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM, and 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. The dedicated V3+ Imaging chip enhances camera performance and image processing.

Camera and Optics

The device features a triple rear camera setup comprising:

  • 200MP periscope telephoto lens (f/2.67, 100x digital zoom)
  • 50MP main camera (f/1.57)
  • 50MP ultrawide camera (f/2.0)

For selfies, the phone sports a 50MP front camera capable of recording up to 8K video resolution.

Vivo X300: Compact Yet Powerful

The standard Vivo X300 retains most of the Pro model’s features, including the same Android 16-based OriginOS 6, chipset, and security options. However, it comes with a slightly smaller 6.31-inch AMOLED display (1216 × 2640 pixels) and a 5,360mAh battery, offering long-lasting power with efficient performance.

Camera Setup

Similar to the Pro model, the Vivo X300 also offers a triple rear camera system featuring:

  • 200MP main camera with OIS
  • 50MP ultrawide camera
  • 50MP periscope telephoto camera
